Both the wet dock and the slipway are now taking bookings for the 2026 season.
The wet dock is £50 a day including VAT, with a minimum hire of two days. It takes a 60ft narrowboat comfortably and gives a low-dust, draught-free, heated space for painting at any time of year. Contact Peter Johnson on 07846 536318.
The slipway is £390 for one week or £680 for two, including VAT, pressure washer and electricity. Blacking can usually be finished comfortably within a week. Contact John Gregory on 07970 506257.
Both fill up quickly through spring and early summer, so if you have a job in mind it is worth getting a date in the diary now. Rates rise in 2027, so a 2026 booking is good value.
