The club moorings and service buildings

Facilities

Moorings, a covered wet dock, a slipway, laundry and showers, and a licensed bar — all looked after by club members.

We have a lot on site for the convenience of members, winter moorers and booked visitors.

The slipway can be hired for re-blacking or for repairs below the waterline. While your boat is out you can have it surveyed for insurance, change a propeller, or straighten a damaged rudder or bearing. The wet dock can be hired at any time of year to repaint or work on your boat under cover, with heaters if you need them — both ends can be shut to keep cold air and dust out.

We have pump-out and chemical toilet disposal, and a recently built services building with modern laundry facilities. There are overnight moorings for anyone who fancies a drink and some company in the clubhouse afterwards.
